SDSU Assistant Professorship, Portfolio

From 2011–2016, I was an Assistant Professor, tenure-track, in the Department of Linguistics and Asian/Middle Eastern Languages at San Diego State University. The portfolio of a tenure-track professor includes the three categories of Teaching, Research (or Professional Growth), and Service. Although I resigned from my position in at the end of the Spring 2016 semester, this record serves as an important benchmark for both myself in non-academic contexts and professions and for other tenure-track junior faculty. Each of the links below will redirect you to material found on my Academia.edu profile page (it’s like LinkedIn, but for teachers).

TEACHING

While at SDSU, I taught forty-two course sections and a total of twelve different classes (or “preps” as teachers call them).
